Plus of course, they’re dealing with the vast range of Brands – Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Origins, MAC, Aveda, Aramis and Designer Fragrances, Estee Lauder,Tom Ford, Crème De la Mer, Prescriptives, Darphin and Jo Malone.

Field managementOn occasions we have career opportunities in Sales and Education Area Management, both of which are key to our continued success. Based across the UK and Ireland, these roles manage the Estee Lauder Brands businesses in specific geographical areas and drive sales through effective management and development of accounts.

It’s about motivating, training and providing leadership to teams of in-store Consultants as well as budget management, strategic business analysis and building excellent relationships with our retail business partners.

For these roles we need people who are already pursuing a successful career in the cosmetics industry or the prestige retail sector. We look for proven achievement in area sales targets and multi-site team management. It goes without saying that you bring well-honed negotiating, influencing and communication skills.
